We currently ship and deliver Arctic Snow Store orders across Australia, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom & Europe.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia and Military Bases.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Australia

We send all orders using Australia Post as our domestic courier. The estimated shipping time is 3 - 11 days business.

New Zealand

For Australia Post Standard the estimated shipping time is 7-14 business days.

Worldwide

DHL Express is the preferred method for speed. DHL guarantees internationally orders will be delivered within 3 - 6 business days.

For Australia Post international orders please allow 2 - 4 weeks depending on location.

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, we may experience shipping and delivery delays and changes.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

$4.99 Standard shipping is available for orders over $60 within Australia only.

Free express shipping is available for orders over $120 within Australia only.

$12 Standard shipping available for orders over $60 for New Zealand only.

Free express shipping is available for orders over $150 for New Zealand only.

All other shipping costs including international will be calculated at the checkout.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to change the delivery address.

We recommend contacting the team immediately at Info@arcticsnowstore.com upon realising that the address may be wrong with your order.

If your order is already in transit, there may be additional freight charges incurred.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

As your order is processed promptly, changing your order after it’s been placed can be challenging to rectify.

We recommend contacting the team immediately at Info@arcticsnowstore.com upon realising that something may be wrong with your order.

We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, however, there may be additional costs incurred.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS?

We’re so sorry to hear that – and we’ll work with you to rectify the issue.

If you have received the incorrect order, we will have the right product sent to you promptly.

To return the incorrect product, we will send you shipping documents to attach to the package and will arrange for our courier to collect the package at a time that suits you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not offer a full refund on orders that are not damaged or faulty upon delivery.

We cannot offer direct exchanges.

We cannot add or change discount codes on already placed orders.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs to return a non-faulty or non-damaged product.

If you are considering the return of an item, please first contact the team at Info@arcticsnowstore.com as any item returns must first be approved.

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided with the return item.

The return item must be sent back, and received by Arctic Snow Store, within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.

The item must have tags on still and be returned in original packaging and original condition.

The item was not purchased in a sale.

Upon receipt back to us, the goods will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet these requirements.

We do not offer a full refund on orders that are not damaged or faulty upon delivery. We will reimburse your order for store credit with no expiration date (excluding shipping fees).

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHO DO I CONTACT?

We’re so sorry to hear that - Shipping damage is frustrating but we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@arcticnsnowstore.com.

We will need a description of the damages and photos of the damaged items/packaging.

This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future.

Replacements will be promptly arranged and immediately shipped to you.

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

Our discount codes and promotional offers have an expiration date, and this may be the reason that your discount code isn’t working.

As we run promotions and sales from time to time, our discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied to your cart.

SIZING & FABRIC

WHERE CAN I FIND PRODUCT SIZING INFORMATION?

It is so important to us that your new product fits perfectly!

As our product sizing varies for the different styles, please refer to the Details section for each product, or contact the team at Info@arcticsnowstore.com for all help with sizing.

Unless otherwise specified sizing is in cm and is taken with the item lying flat.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF XYZ FABRIC?

Acrylic knit

Acrylic knit garments are hand wash only in cold or warm water.

Please refer to the label for the proper drying options. Some knits retain their shapes best if reshaped and dried flat.

Cotton blend

Cotton-blend baseball caps are hand wash only in cold or warm water. Please refer to the label for the proper drying options.

Flannel

Flannel can be washed in cold or warm water. However, if your flannel derives from wool, even if its washable wool, avoid the dryer completely since it can dry out its fibres. For non-washable wool flannel avoid laundering it at home and take it to the dry cleaners.

Nylon

Machine-wash nylon garments in warm water. Use a low temperature setting when tumble-drying and include a dryer sheet to reduce static electricity. Use a warm iron to press, if necessary.

Polyester

Usually polyester items can be machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Please refer to the label for the proper drying options. Touch up with a cool – never hot – iron, if necessary.

Spandex

Use warm water when hand- or machine-washing items made with spandex. Line-dry or use a low temperature setting when machine-drying to preserve the elasticity of the garment·

Wool knit

Typically, wool knits need to be dry-cleaned, but check the label. If hand-washable, use cool water and a detergent for fine washables. Squeeze out excess water, then reshape and dry flat.

Wool (lined)

Lined garments generally look best when professionally dry-cleaned once a season. Between dry cleanings, remove surface soil with a brush or damp cloth. Refresh the item by hanging it from a padded hanger in a steamy bathroom; moisture will help garment shed wrinkles. When touching up with an iron, use steam in an up-and-down motion (rather than sliding the iron along the fabric).
