We do not offer a full refund on orders that are not damaged or faulty upon delivery.
We cannot offer direct exchanges.
We cannot add or change discount codes on already placed orders.
We are not responsible for the shipping costs to return a non-faulty or non-damaged product. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return item does not get lost, as we do not accept liability for lost returns.
If you are considering the return of an item, please first contact the team at Info@arcticsnowstore.com as any item returns must first be approved.
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided with the return item.
- The return item must be sent back, and received by Arctic Snow Store, within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The item must have tags on still and be returned in original packaging and original condition.
- The item was not purchased in a sale or as a discounted item.
The next steps:
- Upon receipt back to us, the goods will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet these requirements.
- We will contact you within 5 working days to notify the status of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will reimburse your order for store credit with no expiration date (excluding shipping fees).
Please be advised that the returns process is the same as the above, when a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.
