Returns Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

We are sure that you’ll love your new purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you are welcome to return your item/order for store credit (excluding shipping fees) with no expiry date.

We only offer a full refund on items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

We encourage our customers to try the product in the first weeks after purchase to ensure you are satisfied, and ensure that all orders are thoroughly reviewed before proceeding with the purchase to limit any errors.

For Arctic Snow to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of purchase or a receipt must be provided with the return item.
  • The return item must be sent back, and received by Arctic Snow, within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The item must have tags on still and be returned in original packaging and original condition.
  • The item was not purchased in a sale.


  • When the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days processing time for our team to contact you via email notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a online store credit will be provided to the customer.
  • Discounted items and sale items are final and are not eligible for return.
  • We do not offer refunds on non-faulty items.
  • We cannot offer direct exchanges.
  • We cannot add or change discount codes on already placed orders. 
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Arctic Snow recommends using a tracked postal service to ensure your return item does not get lost, as we do not accept liability for lost returns.


If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, when a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.
